Products are heated to a constant temperature in a hot air oven, a type of laboratory equipment used for testing. In a hot air oven, the product is sterilized for a predetermined period of time under predetermined conditions. A hot air oven controls the humidity by removing moisture from the products and combining heat and airflow. It is used to sterilize numerous items with this testing apparatus.
